Mr. WT Tan
BCom in Finance from the University of Otago, New Zealand

Mr WT Tan started his career with MBf Finance Bhd (now Ambank Berhad) as corporate banking officer. The job has provided the same good exposure to areas in construction, property development, shares financing, corporate and debt restructuring of large corporations. Upon 7 years of working in banking industry, Mr WT Tan spent another 3 years in stockbroking before working on his own as personal consultant to some high networth individuals. In the interim, Mr WT Tan had worked on contractual basis to a Beijing-based asset management company.

Mr WT Tan has been active in IPO, Pre-IPO and Venture Capital deals in overseas markets.

Mr WT Tan is Vice President and Manager of Basong Advisory.



Mr. Willham Siau
BCom(Acc), AMIM, ACA(NZ), FIPA(Aust), CMIIA, AIBM, A Fin, ACSI, FCMA(India)

Willham is an insolvency counsellor and a valuation adviser. He has more than 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, company law, corporate finance, footwear manufacturing and hotel management. He has also been the Assistant to the Liquidator at the Liquidation Office of V. Venkatachalam, Approved Liquidator for 10 years.

Willham is a freelance writer with more than 100 essays on politics, economics and history published in professional magazines and newspapers.
